Welcome to the Cayuga Lake RUSS.

The RUSS is currently off the water. The plots on this page are from a meteorological station installed on the Front Light piling cluster on Cayuga Lake, approximately 0.5 miles north of Allan H. Treman State Marine Park in Ithaca, NY.

About the RUSS:

The RUSS is an important component in our research examining the physical processes of a large temperate lake. More information can be found in the about page and on the individual data pages (weather, water, longterm). The latest few hours of data are also available in tabular form.
